Once again Jimmy is trying to re-write history. He is desperate to shake the worst POTUS ever crown and believes his 'success' in the Middle East is the key to solving the issue of Palestine.

First, which would you rather be: a Palestinian living in Israel, a Christian living in Gaza or a Jew living (well for a short time anyway) living in Jordan or Syria. Already you can see Carter has no idea what really is at stake.

Second, doesn't Jimmy remember Sadat paid the price for Carter's 'success'? Should make anyone real excited about working for Carter's Peace.

Third, I half expect Cater to call his plan the means to "Peace for our times." Are you sure his middle name isn't Neville.

Americans must remember the failure of Carter is universal and complete. Unfortunately the education system works so well that most Americans think Carter founded Habitat for Humanity.  I guess the only legacy Carter can have is one not of his own success but of another.
